We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Completing repair activities on generators or components • Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner • Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools • Maintain detailed records of service • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies • Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products • Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: • Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities. • High Voltage / Low Voltage experience. • Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision – hands on exposure to working on power generation products. • Basic Diesel Engine experience. • Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components. • Able to perform repairs on ATS systems and able to perform commissioning on a new ATS installation.
