Accounting & Financial Reporting • Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP • Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning • Provide actionable insights on financial performance, variances, and key business drivers • Develop dashboards and MIS reporting for senior management • Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and modeling 3. Investment Management • Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow planning and liquidity management • Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, capital allocation, and returns • Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors • Optimize capital structure and funding strategies 4. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy • Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration (if applicable) • Identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities • Drive financial discipline across business units 5. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements • Implement robust risk management frameworks • Monitor changes in financial regulations and assess impact 6.
