What We Will Be Needing From You: • Deep experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or retail operations, ideally within Men’s Apparel and Outdoor/Hunt categories • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate sales and inventory data into actionable recommendations. • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Clear, professional communication and follow-through when working with vendors and cross-functional partners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management systems. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Occasional travel for trade shows or vendor visits as needed.
