Responsibilities • Installation and configuration of SAP systems, including hardware and software setup. • Maintain SAP landscapes, address issues, and provide technical support to users. • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform performance tuning. • Manage database administration tasks (HANA, MYSQL, and Sybase), including space management, backup and recovery procedures, and performance tuning. • Implement software upgrades and patches to ensure SAP systems remain current. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the SAP environment. • Collaborate with other technical teams and functional consultants to support SAP implementations and enhancements. • Support customers on RISE/HEC platforms. • Apply knowledge of SAP BTP and public cloud environments. • Provide 24/7 support, including availability for night shifts as required. Edu. Qualification • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Required). • B. Com/B. Sc with relevant SAP BASIS experience (Optional). • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (Optional).
