Machine Operator – Mail Inserter Position is Onsite in Plano, Texas Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm Pay is $17.50-$19 per hour – based on experience The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial print-insert or direct mailer business is highly preferred. Warehouse knowledge and inventory management also a plus. Responsibilities: · Operate High Speed Automated Inserters to process customer mail files. · Load materials onto the machine, adjust settings and troubleshoot issues as required · Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine · Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating the machine · Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications. · Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing. · Move pallets with manual pallet jack · Ensure quality of output and review for errors Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent · Must be able to lift up to 40lbs · Able to stand for most of the shift · Overtime as business requires · Basic computer skills · Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. · Good organizational skills · Attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
