• The RBDM is responsible for driving the mortgage business (LAP, HL, Affordable HL, and Secured Business Loans) across a defined region through branches and direct channel. • This includes managing a team of Area Business Development Managers and Business Development Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Strategic & Managerial • Drive regional business targets for LAP and HL products. • Lead and manage a team of ABDMs and BDMs across multiple clusters. • Ensure timely hiring, training, and productivity of the team. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions. • Ensure branch activation and engagement across the region. • Monitor and improve portfolio quality and manage delinquencies. Business Development • Ensure consistent lead generation and file movement across mapped branches and direct channels. • Drive cross-sell of insurance, liability, and third-party products. • Strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders (Branch Banking, Credit, Operations. Legal and Technical). Compliance & Governance • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines. • Monitor documentation, PDDs, and disbursement hygiene. • Resolve escalations and customer grievances in a timely manner. Education: MBA (Any Specialization) Experience: 10 - 15 years in mortgage lending with at least 2 years in a regional leadership role.
