• Handling loan disbursement, Queue management and measurement of TAT. • Manage life cycle of loan servicing processing which includes Collection, Pre-Closure Process, Loan Cancellation and other related activities which includes tracking of Service Requests. • Incumbent should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth. • Exception monitoring on pending files receipt and PDD. • Target on high % achievement on NACH, Manage EMI cycle, Resolve customer related query complaints, review for non recurrence. • Vendor Management. • Audit and compliance controls. • Cross functioning on Volume days and effectiveness. • The incumbent should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff. • Managing & closure of Service requests with in TAT. Experience: 3 to 5 years Qualifications: Graduation (Any Specialization) Post Graduation (Any Specialization)
