• Role is responsible for evaluating, approving, and managing the credit risk of large corporate borrowers, ensuring sound underwriting standards, regulatory compliance and alignment with the institution's risk appetite. • The role involves working closely with relationship managers, risk officers and product teams to structure, assess and monitor high-value credit exposures. • Experienced in credit appraisal, structuring, and risk assessment for large corporates and infrastructure sectors (Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality). • Skilled in financial analysis, due diligence and RBI/regulatory compliance. • Proficient in structuring complex credit solutions, portfolio monitoring and underwriting. • Lead teams, drive risk mitigation, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
