Our client, a successful nonprofit, is seeking a temp data entry admin to help support a database migration. The ideal candidate will have data entry experience, the ability to work independently, and is tech-savvy with the ability to pick up on new programs quickly. Salesforce, Sage Intaact, and Financial Edge experience is a plus but not required. Please note this is an ASAP need and an ongoing temporary position with limited opportunity to become a full-time role. They are currently on a hybrid schedule (in-office 2 days a week). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Enter financial data information from server into database • Generate vendor reports and migrate information to Sage Intaact • Convert Salesforce data into new Intaact account structure • Enter cash disbursements into Intaact • Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus. • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a data entry role. • Experience with Financial Edge and/or Sage Intacct is a plus. • Superb attention to detail. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and complete projects on time. • Knowledge, understanding, and experience working with a mission driven company • Passion for social justice
