DL Training Industrial Engineer (DL Training IE) Department: Industrial Engineering Job Summary: The DL Training IE is responsible for managing the Direct Labor (DL) training system to ensure production staff are properly skilled, compliant, and audit-ready. This role oversees DL skill cards, skill matrix management, retraining schedules, and supports customer audits related to training compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Print and maintain DL Skill Cards for all production staff. 2. Track DL retraining sessions and ensure timely completion. 3. Assist in responding to customer audits regarding IE training compliance. 4. Manage and update the DL Skill Matrix for accurate coverage planning. Qualifications: • Education: Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering. • Work Experience: 0–3 years in industrial engineering or training coordination within manufacturing. • Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Familiarity with training systems and compliance processes is a plus.
