How you’ll contribute A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role: • Evaluate and treat patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. • Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. • Design and implement a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. • Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. • Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services. • Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
