Schedule • 24 hours per two weeks • Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts • Includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Pay • Pay based on experience and degree • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour • Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour • Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour • Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. • Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers. • A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process. • An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
