Responsibilities: • Provides climate for staff in which they can seek feedback, voice concerns or receive information. • Counsels staff and takes appropriate actions. • Keeps administration informed of activities and problems. • Acts as a liaison with medical staff to coordinate patient care. • Serves as a clinical resource to staff, other hospital areas, students and families. • Supervises multi-position employees in order to contribute to the overall goals of the hospital. • Maintains a safe, clean and organized environment for staff and patients. • Initiates exposure management as directed/indicated by employee/occupational health. • Updates BARTT system as required by state. • Completes required calls/documentation of patient deaths • Maintains interpreter log. Supports interpreter requests. • Performs all other duties as they relate to this position. Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education • Licensed RN in South Carolina, maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and CPI Certification • At least 3 years total related work experience Work Schedule • PRN (DAYS 7a-7p)
