MAJOR FUNCTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. The NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role is ideal for a practitioner dedicated to patient-centered care, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
