Position Highlights • Specialty: OB/GYN — full scope, outpatient and deliveries • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Call: Rotating weekday and weekend call for own clinical patients; OB Hospitalist Group available for triages; ER call serves as backup to the OB Hospitalist Group — no direct ER call responsibility • Delivery Volume: Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially • Outpatient Volume: 30–35 patients per day on non-surgery days • Team Structure: Supported by 19 OB/GYNs, 3 Uro-GYN specialists, and 3 APPs • Teaching Opportunity: Engage with medical students and residents • Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in-house, allowing you to focus on patient care What We Offer • Guaranteed base salary with production bonus potential • Physician time off including vacation and CME with stipend • In-house billing, coding, and collections support • Malpractice insurance provided • Health, dental, and life insurance • 401(k) with employer matching • Deferred compensation program • Relocation assistance Candidate Requirements • MD or DO degree • Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one • Spanish language skills preferred but not required Why El Paso El Paso is one of America's most underrated cities — a vibrant, sun-drenched community consistently ranked among the safest large cities in the United States.
