Job Summary As a Sr. Retail Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategies based on market and commercial zone monitoring. You will design actionable, on-the-ground strategies to effectively execute HQ's direction locally while also creating independent profitability strategies for the local market. Your key role will involve conducting market research, data analysis, and formulating systematic plans to improve store operations and service offerings. Close attention will be paid to customer and employee feedback (VOC), ensuring that the retail environment remains responsive and effective. Preferred Qualifications • Proficient in creating strategic and planning materials (Word, PPT, Excel) to support decision-making. • Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Bilingual in English and Korean strongly preferred
