Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster growth and development • Define the technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies for blockchain projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and align technical solutions with business objectives • Lead the design, development, and implementation of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols on various blockchain platforms • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality, performance, and security of blockchain solutions, adhering to industry standards and best practices • Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards to inform technical decisions, innovation strategies, and product roadmaps • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, adopt new technologies, and enhance productivity • Collaborate with external partners, open-source communities, and industry stakeholders to contribute to the advancement of blockchain technology and standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
