Requirements: • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience. • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data science projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovation. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and accountability. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within tight deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change, championing data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
