Job Responsibilities: • Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions. • Prepare precise and clear job descriptions, advertise, screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. • Maintain a database of candidate records, and candidate relationships and perform data analysis. • Regular Monitoring and reporting. • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
