Key Responsibilities: • User Research: Assist in conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors. • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision, to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions. • Visual Design: Support the creation of visually appealing UI designs, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and imagery, that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. • Interaction Design: Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interactions and interface elements, such as navigation menus, buttons, forms, and animations, to improve usability and accessibility. • Usability Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement, iterating on designs based on user insights and feedback. • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment between design and development teams. • Documentation: Document design specifications, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability across design projects and products. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and actively seek opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in UI/UX design.
