Assist and provide clerical support for the Distribution Center office. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately • Greet visitors, as needed • Create memos, correspondence, and other documents • Provide assistance at the following areas: split/loam, verification, pallet label/receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import and swing-shift/graveyard desks • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one-three months clerical experience; or combination of relevant education and experience. • Minimum 18 years of age • Ability to pass drug test • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis • Ability to work any shift • Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis • Maintain confidentiality • Accuracy/attention to detail • Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects • Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines • 10,000 SPH ten-key • 40 WPM typing • Ability to continue education, as necessary • Valid driver’s license Desired • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
