Construction Safety Manager needs 3 years of experience in an EHS-related field or a bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field. Construction Safety Manager requires: • Construction safety management experience required. • OSHA 30 required. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations relating to the commercial construction industry. • Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving personnel issues in the workplace. • Experience with workers compensation and case management. • Strong document management skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. • Must have solid employee training development and presentation skills. • Engineering - Structural, Engineering, Safety Manager, Architecture ; Construction Construction Safety Manager duties: • Identify potential safety hazards on construction sites and develop strategies to mitigate risk. • Collaborate with project teams to establish site-specific safety plans and procedures. • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, staff certifications, incident reports, and OSHA record keeping. • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple job sites. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
