In this role, you will bridge the gap between leadership and field execution, managing 10–20 active commercial service jobs and leading our installation crews to success. Key Responsibilities: • Field Operations: Oversee 10–20 active service jobs; schedule and coordinate 1–2 person installation crews. • Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex issues in the field and provide remote phone support to technicians. • Estimation & Logistics: Run job estimates, scope requirements, and source necessary parts and equipment. • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects meet strict quality standards and comply with safety codes (ADA, fire code, etc.).
