Drive with Purpose in the Heart of Omaha. Creighton University is seeking dependable, service-oriented, experienced Shuttle Drivers to support campus transportation. CDL Drivers highly preferred but not required. Looking to add part-time drivers for evening / night shifts. Flexible driving schedules are available, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week. Shifts are offered between 3:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, as well as weekends. What You’ll Do • Operate shuttle buses, passenger vans, and other University vehicles on fixed routes, on-demand services, and assigned trips • Follow all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DoT) regulations • Complete required DoT logs and documentation each shift • Perform routine vehicle checks, basic maintenance, and refueling • Report maintenance issues, route concerns, or passenger-related incidents • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff Skills & Abilities • Safe operation of shuttle buses and passenger vehicles • Knowledge of DoT safety standards and regulations • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Willingness and availability to work additional hours, if needed.
