Position Duties • Ticket sales and Distribution to students, faculty, staff, and the general public • Distributing tickets through various channels (online, ticket Office, etc.) • Providing excellent customer service to patrons purchasing tickets • Answering inquiries about events, ticket availability, seating, etc • Adhere to policies and procedures related to ticket sales and distribution Skills Required • Ability to Provide friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service • Skill in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner • Maintaining order and efficiency in the Ticketing process during busy periods • Clear and effective Communication with patrons, coworkers, and supervisors • Comfortable with Ticketing Software or Ability to quickly learn and navigate new Software systems
