Key Responsibilities • Greet students, faculty, alumni, and visitors and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel. • Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, document preparation, and spreadsheets. • Assist the Director of Engagement with support for business school programs, workshops, guest speaker events, and recruitment activities. • Provided professional customer service and front-desk support as needed.
