Summary: The Studio Property Lead plays a critical role in the development of both digital and physical properties that support studio deliverables. This position is responsible for creating digital armature models and managing the release and execution of build requests for physical properties. It requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure builds are delivered accurately and on time, in alignment with GVDP gates, branded ID prototypes, architectural studies, and branded advanced vision models. The role demands proficiency in math creation, data transmission, and fabrication processes. The Studio Property Lead actively contributes to problem-solving by collaborating with design and engineering stakeholders, and operates both independently and as part of a broader team to achieve property objectives. Demonstrates the courage to make the changes that will improve the organization and helps others overcome their resistance to change Intermediate level of digital proficiency Proficient in the use of NX software or other digital modeling equipment Ability to interpret Design requests and to translate the input into 3D models Can successfully incorporate engineering criteria into a property build Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others Good oral and written communications skills Functional knowledge in the use of current office software (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) Seeks opportunities for innovation by executing on latest ideas and implementing continuous improvement initiatives The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
