This role is best suited for a senior Federal Construction Superintendent who understands federal processes, documentation, and jobsite execution. Position Overview The Federal Construction Superintendent will serve as the day to day field leader, responsible for coordinating construction activities, subcontractors, and schedules while ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and federal safety requirements. Assignments are primarily based in Great Lakes, IL, with flexibility for candidates requiring travel or relocation support. Project Environment and Exposure Projects may include a mix of facility upgrades and renovations, exterior envelope work, interior construction, utility and infrastructure upgrades, and electrical service work. All work is performed within active, occupied, or secure federal facilities.
