Key Responsibilities: • Leadership & Team Management • Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior-to-mid-level QA engineers. • Drive QA planning, execution, and delivery within Agile/Scrum sprints. • Prioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations. • Respond effectively to urgent business requests and shifting priorities. • Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams. • Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices. Quality Assurance & Testing: • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases. • Validate complex business logic and data transformations. • Identify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies. • Review test coverage and ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness. • Support both functional and data validation testing efforts.
