• Develop control, data collection, and signal processing systems. • Troubleshoot existing PLC’s, HMIs, motor drives, electronic circuits, electro-mechanical systems, PID controllers, and electronic sensors of all types. • Ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment; prepare operating and training manuals. • Train maintenance staff to service critical electronic components. • Monitor and adjust, as necessary, any equipment validating product. • Minimum of 5 years in the electrical and electronics field. • Strong process control background, including temperature and pressure controls, strain gages/load cells, signal conditioners, and lasers. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Competent with PLC programming, control panel layout, and construction. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Flexible and open-minded to assist and perform any task as required by management, not limited to the above criteria listed.
