Experience in purchasing & pricing of labor & materials. • Operational and financial acumen: estimating/pricing input, labor and material forecasting, budget management, and KPI tracking (margin, rework, safety, cycle time). • Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to lead meetings, resolve escalations, and coordinate effectively with sales, production, and field leadership. Preferred Qualifications • Spray foam credentialing and manufacturer training (e.g., SPFA PCP or equivalent) and experience managing spray foam quality controls (ratio, pressure, temperature, lift thickness). • Knowledge of applicable building codes and energy-efficiency requirements; experience preparing for inspections and implementing standard operating procedures. • Experience with project management, scheduling, and reporting tools; able to build dashboards and communicate performance to leadership. Strategic & Operational Leadership • Lead and manage all insulation operations across projects and divisions. • Develop and execute strategic plans that grow the insulation business, expand market presence, and improve profitability. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align insulation goals with overall organizational objectives. • Oversee the purchase of all equipment needed locally for insulation installation at MBC.
