Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth (The Ultimate Goal) • Drive Relentless Growth: Take complete ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store. • Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories. • Over-Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. 2. In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication • Empower the Verizon Team: Build strategic relationships with Verizon store associates. Coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel to their own customers. • Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting-edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal. • Team Selling: Seamlessly step in to assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices. 3.
