The Fitness Center is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and certified fitness professionals to join our team as Personal Trainers and/or Group Exercise Instructors. Candidates should be passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals while creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the Flagler College community. Responsibilities • Lead safe and effective personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes. • Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive fitness environment. • Ensure participant safety through proper exercise instruction and technique. • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional Fitness Center. • Follow all Campus Recreation policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: • Current nationally recognized Personal Training and/or Group Exercise certification is required. • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before employment). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable, professional, and committed to participant safety. Flexible scheduling is available, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities.
