Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $18.25 to $25.95 per hour. What You Bring (Qualifications) • Education/Experience: • High School diploma or GED required • Pharmacy Technician National Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) and New York State registration within 1 year of hire required • Prior Pharmacy Technician experience preferred • Prior experience with EPIC, Willow Ambulatory preferred • A strong understanding of generic and brand medication names. • Understanding of medical terminology preferred • Skills/Abilities • Ability to share information clearly with peers, supervisors, and healthcare customers. • Fast and accurate data entry skills with an ability to master department-specific software. • Comfort calculating dosages using standard ratios, proportions, and basic algebra. • A strong understanding of generic and brand medication names.
