Key Deliverables • Define & adhere to IT related policies & procedures • Network redesign and maintenance • Servicing IT related project requirements by doing a comparative analysis of the vendors & assist corporate IT in finalizing the vendors. • Conduct periodic audit of the network operations (incl. spywares, spam wares, FTP revamping, addition & deletion of users, etc.) to ensure effective functioning of the network operations • Procurement of relevant Hardware/software • MIS/Reporting • Day to day operations and providing support to all existing IT applications
