Ensure smooth migration, proper planning, and successful delivery within timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Handle complete transition lifecycle (planning, execution, closure) • Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Operations, HR, Training, IT) • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process setup • Track progress and share regular status updates • Identify risks and ensure timely resolution • Support hiring, training, and process ramp-up • Maintain transition documents and reports Requirements: • Graduate (MBA preferred) • 6–10 years of BPO experience • Minimum 3 years in transition/project management • Experience in domestic voice processes preferred Skills: • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong project management ability • Knowledge of BPO operations and metrics • Problem-solving mindset Graduate
