As the Senior Executive - HR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth through strategic talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our mass hiring needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our hiring processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance. • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk and volume hiring, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and inclusive hiring process. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, with a proven track record of successful bulk and volume hiring. • Experience in BPO hiring is highly preferred. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technology. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
