Your role involves assisting with tasting planning, tracking pending offers, and maintaining data integrity. Additionally, you will prepare pre-auction data, upload auction bills, and handle private bill inquiries and purchase sample tracking. • Enter tasting markings and comments into Infiniti and publish tasting data. • Assist with tasting planning and offer tracking. • Maintain data checks and hygiene to ensure accuracy. • Prepare pre-auction data, including e-auction uploads and generating comments. • Upload auction bills and manage private bill inquiries. • Resolve queries related to private bills and ensure timely responses. • Track and update purchase sample information. • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth data flow and efficient operations. • Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality. • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using Infiniti or similar data management software. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. • Basic knowledge of auction processes and data preparation is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. • Familiarity with data security best practices. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are advantageous.
