Job Type: Full-Time Location: 15 lightyears corporate office located in Lake Mary, FL. Jobs are performed in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. Potential for overtime is available. Specific testing includes: Blower door testing, Duct blaster testing, Airflow measurements. • Ensure accurate reporting of findings and testing data. • Use company software and mobile tools to enter, review, and submit inspection results. • Manage day-to-day assignments effectively with minimal supervision. • Travel to and from job sites in a company vehicle (gas and time covered). • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company vehicle assigned. • Ensure testing equipment is functioning properly; following operating instructions and requesting repairs as needed. • Follow safety protocols and comply with all legal regulations and industry standards. • Communicate professionally and respectfully with: Clients and Site Contacts, Corporate Headquarters & Management, Scheduling Team, and Field Staff. • Arrive on time and ready for daily fieldwork assignments. • Represent 15 Lightyears professionally on every job site. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED. • Ability to work independently and self-manage time and jobs tasks effectively throughout the workday. • Respectful and professional when interacting with clients, coworkers, and job site teams. • Commitment to performing high quality work. • Building and residential construction knowledge is preferred. • Strong time management, responsible, dependable, and attention to detail. • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and tablets. • Previous experience or training in building trades such as roofing, air conditioning, plumbing, construction, electrical is a plus. • Ability to speak and read English clearly and fluently. • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. • Must pass a background check and drug screening. • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
