Counsellor Educational Qualification Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Psychology / Applied Psychology or a related field. Relevant professional certification in counselling will be an added advantage. Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in counselling, preferably in an educational institution, corporate organization, social organization, or similar environment. Experience in handling one-to-one counselling, behavioural concerns, career guidance, and sensitive situations will be preferred.
