What You'll Be Responsible For: • Experience with PLCs. • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions. • Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. • Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues. • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades. What You’ll Need: • Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the 3rd shift. • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
