Designation Coach (Table Tennis) Location Shirpur Department Sports Key Responsibilities • Plan and conduct regular training sessions for students in the assigned sport. • Develop athletic skills, techniques, and strategies for individual players and teams. • Identify and nurture talent among students for intra-school, inter-school, or inter-college competitions. • Prepare students for district, state, and national level tournaments. • Maintain records of athlete performance, attendance, and progress. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and training facilities. • Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students. • Coordinate with the Sports Department or Director Sports for tournament entries, schedules, and logistics. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory university. Professional Certifications • Certification in Sports Coaching from SAI – NIS (Diploma or Six-week course) or equivalent certification from recognized sports associations/federations.
