Department: Mathematics & Statistics / 0-1249-000 College: College of Arts & Sciences Salary Plan: Temporary Hiring Salary: $55,000/year Position Summary: The Department of Mathematics & Statistics of the University of South Florida seeks to fill a 12-month, full-time, Postdoctoral Scholar position to begin August 7, 2026. This position carries a teaching load of three courses per year. Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have received their Ph.D. within the last three years and whose research interests are in algebraic coding theory, quantum error-correction, quantum computing, or a related area.
