Job Title: Executive - Accounts Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Company: Pluckk Employment Type: Full-time, Regular Shift Joining: Immediate or in 30 days Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger. Ensure timely collections and resolve payment discrepancies. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage billing and outstanding dues. Generate and analyze AR aging reports and highlight concerns. Utilize Zoho CRM and accounting tools for tracking transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Assist with audits and compliance as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation. Proficiency in Zoho CRM and accounting software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
