Client Engagement • Maintain positive working relationships with mid-level client stakeholders through clear, consistent communication. • Present updates or components of deliverables in client meetings when appropriate. • Ask thoughtful questions that help clarify objectives and business context. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs. • Bring forward relevant client observations or patterns that may inform reusable frameworks, templates, or best practices. • Engage in feedback loops and coaching sessions with Sr. Consultants / Team Leads. Growth & Development • Actively build consulting capabilities in strategic framing, communication clarity, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement. • Complete required training and proactively pursue development aligned to career goals and growth levers.
