The ideal candidate has a strong background in preoperative assessment, post-anesthesia recovery, and the care of orthopedic surgery patients. This nurse is skilled at recognizing changes in patient condition, providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and ensuring a safe, efficient surgical experience from admission through discharge. The successful candidate will have experience caring for patients undergoing total joint replacement, sports medicine, spine, hand, foot and ankle, and other orthopedic procedures.
