Position Overview We are looking for organized, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting clients as they explore vacation options, make selections, and organize the details needed for a smooth booking experience. You will help clients navigate available accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other vacation services while providing clear communication and attentive support. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy researching, working with people, and managing multiple details in a flexible remote environment.
