Role Responsibilities • Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, schedules, and vacation expectations • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruise itineraries, tours, and vacation packages • Recommend customized travel solutions based on individual preferences and budgets • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services • Assist clients with comparing options, selecting travel experiences, and completing reservations • Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms • Partner with travel suppliers to secure bookings and verify reservation details • Review itineraries and travel confirmations to ensure all information is complete and accurate • Maintain detailed client records and organized booking documentation • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments • Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the planning and travel experience Qualifications • Interest in entrepreneurship, travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or consulting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client projects • Comfortable using computers, online systems, and virtual communication tools • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills • Professional attitude with a client-first mindset • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region Training & Development No travel industry experience is required.
