Whether travelers are booking an all-inclusive resort, cruise, family getaway, destination celebration, luxury escape, or international vacation, you'll help make the planning process simple and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities • Learn about each client's travel goals, preferences, and budget requirements • Research vacation destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel packages • Recommend customized travel solutions that fit each client's needs • Arrange accommodations, transportation, sightseeing activities, and excursion bookings • Guide clients through available vacation options, pricing, and reservation choices • Communicate professionally through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual meetings • Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings and confirm reservation details • Review travel confirmations, itineraries, and documentation for accuracy • Maintain organized records of client communications and travel reservations • Keep current with supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel industry developments • Deliver exceptional customer support from the initial consultation through the completion of each trip Qualifications • Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, sales, or client relations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and digital communication tools • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills • Professional attitude with a customer-first approach • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region Training & Development No previous travel industry experience is required.
