Key Responsibilities • Conduct diagnostic cardiovascular exams as per physician orders and department protocols. • Generate preliminary reports for physician interpretation. • Document procedures and manage electronic records. • Communicate critical findings to Cardiologists and referring physicians. • Collaborate with team leaders to address workflow, significant findings, and equipment issues. • Maintain equipment and ensure quality performance during procedures. Requirements • Education: High School Diploma. • Experience: 1 year of on-the-job training or graduation from an accredited ultrasound school. • Licenses/Certifications: • Required: RDCS or RCS (Adult Echocardiography) or RVT or RVS (Vascular Sonography) within 1 year of hire. • CPR certification. • Skills: • Expertise in cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures. • Proficiency in operating ultrasound systems, PVR, BP monitors, and computer systems. • Availability for on-call hours, including weekends and holidays.
